Christine O’Hara discovered her love for yoga in 2008; and she completed her 200Hr training in Ashtanga or Raja Yoga with a focus in Hatha Yoga in 2013.
She has a special place in her heart for mindfulness based practices, and especially those that use the sensual experience of the body and breath to land our awareness in the present moment of connection with all that is.
Christine believes that yoga is a journey of exploration and transformation that leads us back home to ourselves and to each other. The practices we explore guide and support us both on the mat and off the mat. As we cultivate clarity, equanimity, and loving-kindness within ourselves, we create ripples. As within, so without.
Christine invites her students to come as they are and to see what happens.
